Great staff, clean facilities and good food. The location near the beach and with access to a casino is a plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious enough.

The hotel needs a bit more maintenance, with some areas being outdated or in need of repair. The pool area is too crowded and there are not enough staff for the number of guests.

Quick customer service. It is so close to the airport. We had perfect time at the hotel and would not hesitate to return there.

There are also various restaurants outside of the main restaurant where guests can try different types of food, such as freshly made pizzas and delicious Turkish bread with various toppings. the staff is attentive and friendly, always willing to help and make guests feel pampered.

The lack of evening entertainment may be disappointing for those looking for some nighttime activities.

The hotel was conveniently located close to various restaurants and shops, as well as being near public transportation. the breakfast buffet was always well, stocked and had a good variety of options. the staff was friendly and attentive.

Our room was quite small and felt cramped, and the walls were paper, thin so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly. the Wi, Fi was spotty and often cut out for long periods of time.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the private facilities, were top, notch and fulfilled all of our needs. the indoor swimming pool and the Sauna were clean and well, maintained. the garden area was tranquil and offered a peaceful retreat. the service was exceptional, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool.
